Mary Jane Humble, 75, of Signal Mountain, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2013.  

She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Joel R. Humble; three sons, Joel (April) Humble of Signal Mountain, Tony R. (Altemira) Humble of Signal Mountain, and Troy (Dianne) Humble of Middleton, ID; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Opal Tyler of Sanford, FL, Connie Holloway of Sanford, FL, Sandra (Stacy) Seals of Signal Mountain and Roxie Jones of Hixson; two brothers, Donald (Joyce) Miller and Ronald (Ann) Miller, all of Signal Mountain; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace with Dr. Steve Granger officiating.  Mary will be laid to rest in Chattanooga Memorial Park.  

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
