New Study Begins Wednesday At Signal Mountain Baptist

A seven-week study of Max Lucado's "Grace, More Than We Deserve, Greater Than We Imagine," will begin Wednesday, at 6:30 p.m. at Signal Mountain Baptist Church, 939 Ridgeway Ave.

An annual bowling championship will be the program for Ladies' Night Out on Saturday, Jan. 26. The group will leave the church parking lot at 4:30 p.m. or others can meet them at Holiday Bowl in Hixson at 5 p.m. Dinner will follow.

Dr. Steven Wright willl speak at the 11 a.m. service on Sunday, on "The Return of Christ," with text from I Thessalonians 5:1-11.


Free Christmas Dinner Offered Wednesday

The Union Gospel Mission and Mustard Tree Ministries will be providing a free Christmas dinner at Miller Park on Wednesday. Police Say Hixson Woman In Body Armor Fires At 2 Vehicles; Points Gun At Motorists, Officer

Police said a woman dressed in body armor was finally taken into custody on Friday afternoon after she fired at two vehicles and pointed her gun at other motorists as well as a police officer. Man Stabbed Multiple Times On Colonial Drive

A man was stabbed multiple times Saturday morning. At approximately  8:55  a.m., Chattanooga Police were dispatched to 4707 Colonial Dr. for a person stabbed.
