Korean War Veteran Was Former Medical Lab Director At Comprehensive Labs

Randy Lee, 82, of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, January 1, 2013.

Mr. Lee was born and raised in Madisonville, Tn.  He earned his master’s degree from Central Michigan University and moved to Chattanooga as a medical technician for Campbell’s Clinic and retired from Comprehensive Labs as the medical lab director.  He was a member of Jones Memorial United Methodist Church for 55 years, East Lake Masonic Lodge F&AM and the Eastern Star for over 50 years and was a U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Lee; parents, James and Lillian Lee; and seven brothers and sisters.

Surviving are his sons, David Alan (Beverly) Lee and Dalen Randall (Mary) Lee; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4, at the funeral home. 

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church with Reverend Larry Dial officiating and visitation one hour prior to the service. 

Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Gardens South.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pioneer Class at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church.
