Chattanooga Mud Run Set For Aug. 17

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area will host the Chattanooga Mud Run at Greenway Farms on Aug. 17.

Over 2,000 people competed in last year's race and raised a record amount for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area. Team RRL 1 won the race for the second year in a row at 24:59 minutes.

The 5K is a twisting, turning, slippery challenge that includes paved, gravel and dirt trails as well as the mud pits.

Robert Corey Ripple was apprehended on Wednesday evening by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and a Deputy U.S. Marshal.
