Taylor, James Winston (Lyerly)

James Winston Taylor, 49, of Lyerly, Georgia, died on Saturday January 19, 2013, at Redmond Regional Medical Center. 

Mr. Taylor was born March 1, 1963, in Trion, Ga.,, the son of the late William “Bill” and Lorene Jones Taylor. Mr. Taylor was employed with North Ga. Recycling. 

Survivors include his wife, Chris Taylor, daughters, Amanda and Kevin Rhinehart, Jennifer Taylor and Eric Slater, sister, Rhonda Taylor, brothers, William “Bill” Taylor, JR, Leon Taylor, grandchild, Hunter Rhinehart.

Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. on Wednesday Jan. 23, at the Chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Reverend David Vanhorn officiating. 

Mr. Taylor will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the funeral hour.

Roy B. Boyd Says Visitors Bureau Spending $25,000 A Month On Travel; Doak Agrees To Meeting

County Commission Finance Committee Chairman Tim Boyd on Wednesday said the Chattanooga Visitors Bureau regularly spends about $25,000 per month on travel.
