Bill Howard

Bill Russell Howard, 50, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on January 25, 2013.

He worked for Norfolk-Southern for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Beda Ruth Howard.

Bill is survived by his wife, Priscilla Howard; daughter, Angela Howard; sons, Jason Howard and Michael Howard; father; Freddie Howard; and sisters, Ruthie Howard and Mahalia Horne.

He loved his family and his family will miss the love and care he provided.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 2, at 11 a.m. in Quitman, Ga., at the Mount Hope Baptist Church. Burial will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Quitman, Ga.

Stephens – McGhee Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. It is at 3011 East Greet Street, Quitman, Ga., 31643, 229 263-4978.

The viewing will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 29, after noon, and the family will receive visitors from 6–7 p.m. at the John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
