Fletcher Bight Realty launched its new website on Jan. 15. Along with the new website, it is changing its corporate colors from red to blue. 

Brokers John Martin (downtown) and Betty Smith (North River) felt that with the economy and real estate making a turn, it was time for an update. 

Officials said, "Working in conjunction with Delta Media, one of the industry leaders in real estate website development, Fletcher Bright Realty is delivering more information on local real estate."

Commission Denies Office Zoning Near James County Courthouse

The County Commission on Wednesday denied a request that a house near the old James County Courthouse at Ooltewah be rezoned for office use. The vote was 8-1 with Jim Fields casting the only vote in support of the request by Karl and Nina Vogel. Theresa Farris  Greene , 35, and  Corey Thompson, 31, were shot early Monday morning. Angela Faye Parker, 50, was arrested early Sunday morning after stabbing another female. Chattanooga Police responded to 2302 Glass Street at 12:15 a.m. to an assault.
