County Reaches $45,000 Settlement With Woman Who Sued After Losing Trustee's Job

Hamilton County has agreed to pay $45,000 as settlement of a lawsuit brought by a woman who was working under Trustee Carl Levi, but was not retained by Trustee Bill Hullander.

Lisa Crane had filed suit in Federal Court.

Mr. Hullander said he was not involved in working out terms of the settlement.

He said he kept some Levi employees, but opted to replace others.
