Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Dec. 28-Jan. 3. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,177 calls. 63 were booked on a total of 129 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Kayla Nicole Berry, age 23, of 80 Vicki Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested December 28, 2013 for Probation Violation. Berry was released with Probation being reinstated.
Brittany Lea Defoor, age 26, of 984 Debbie Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested December 28, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Defoor remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Joseph Lee Hollifield Jr., age 36, of 190 Glade Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 28, 2012 for False Imprisonment and Battery (FVA). Hollifield was released on $7,500 bond.
Eddie Eugene Smithey, age 57, of 203 McAfee Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 30, 2012 for False Imprisonment, Simple Assault (FVA), Simple Battery (FVA) and Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers. Smithey was released on $8,000 bond.
Justin Tyler Brown, age 27, of 1358 McCleland Avenue East Point, TN was arrested December 31, 2012 for Party to a Crime of Burglary 2nd Degree, Party to a Crime of Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary 2nd Degree and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Bond has been set at $13,500. Brown remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Joshua Lee Edmondson, age 26, of 33 Eaton Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 28, 2012 for Bond Surrender on eight counts of Financial Transaction Card Fraud and Financial Identity Theft. Bond has been set at $12,500. Edmondson remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Justin Daniel Hostetler, age 37, of 380 Martin Luther King Blvd. Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 28, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hostetler remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Michael Eugene Skidmore, age 52, of 247 Jolley Lane Rockwood, TN was arrested December 28, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Skidmore remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Justin Wade Dean, age 26, of 106 S Stovall Street Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested January 01, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Drugs to be kept in Original Container. Bond has been set at $6,500. Dean remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Marty Dewayne Hall, age 22, of Hunter Hills Trailer Park Rossville, GA was arrested January 01, 2013 for Theft by Taking. Hall was released on $5,000 bond.
Carla Rena Hampton, age 33, of 31 Harrington Lane Rossville, GA was arrested January 01, 2013 for Probation Violation and Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers. No bond has been set. Hampton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Austin Ryan Taylor, age 18, of 507 Mohawk Street Rossville, GA was arrested January 01, 2013 for Theft by Deception and Bond Surrender for Theft by Shoplifting. Taylor was released on $6,350 bond.
