Tomas Castro, 81, of East Ridge, died on May 4, 2015.   Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. on  Friday, May 8,  at the funeral home, followed by a  1:15  p.m. Mass at OLPH Catholic Church. The final figure for the new Ganns/Falling Water School is way over budget, county officials said Wednesday. However, the County Commission voted to proceed on the $29,414,000 project.
