Freddie Dale “Fredro” Hawkins, 61, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013 at his residence. 

He was of the Baptist faith. He was a former employee of the Bradley County Road Department and was currently with Santek Waste Services. 

Mr. Hawkins was the son of the late David Lee Anden Hawkins and Myrta Morrison Hawkins; and was also preceded in death by his two brothers-in-law, John Billy Reagan and Glen Bishop.

He is survived by his former wife and special friend, Teresa Brown and husband, Max; three sisters, Gladys Ruth Ensley and husband Glenn, Mary Betty Bishop and Eula Irene Reagan all of Cleveland; three brothers, Charles Edward Hawkins and wife Estelle, Henry Burton Hawkins and wife, Wilma and David Ennis Hawkins and Sandy all of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 13, at the Union Missionary Baptist Church. 

Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Mississippi Couple Injured In Tragic Wreck At Ooltewah Exit Asking $1.5 Million In Damages

A Mississippi couple who said they suffered severe injuries in the June 25 wreck at the Ooltewah exit of I-75 in which six people were killed are suing for $1.5 million.
