Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Oct. 11-17. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,330 calls. 72 were booked on a total of 136 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,330 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Tabitha Denise Carter, age 39, of 801 Carden Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested October 11, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine. No bond has been set. Carter remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kaylyn Marie Goldberg, age 26, of 2109 Ballard Place Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 11, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. No bond has been set. Goldberg remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bradley Scott Gribble, age 47, of 343 Linda Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 11, 2013 for Theft by Conversion and Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Gribble remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Lamar Jones, age 23, of 312 McBrian Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 11, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. No bond has been set. Jones remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Larry Richie Linebaugh, age 21, of McLemore Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 11, 2013 for Conspiracy to Commit Arson. No bond has been set. Linebaugh remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Marty Wayne Morgan, age 26, of 256 County Road 179 Decatur, TN was arrested October 11, 2013 for Probation Violation for Statutory Rape. No bond has been set. Morgan remains incarcerated at CCDC. 

Ronald Lee McConathy, age 45, of 4356 Nance Springs Road Dalton, GA was arrested October 12, 2013 for Probation Violation for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. No bond has been set. McConathy remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kitty Nichole Wright, age 32, of 3464 N Highway 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested October 13, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Weaving. Wright was released on $9,500 bond.

Jennifer Rebecca Chupaska, age 41, of 102 McAfee Road Rossville, GA was arrested October 14, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Chupaska remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amber Nicole Griffin (Fox), age 23, of 210 Northwood Circle Dalton, GA was arrested October 14, 2013 for Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. Bond has been set at $7,500. Griffin (Fox) remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Richard Neal Winters, age 37, of 232 Beaumont Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 14, 2013 for Aggravated Assault (FVA) and Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree. Winters was released on $8,500 bond.

Jeffrey Wade Anthony, age 35, of 606 W Garden Farm Road Rossville, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Marijuana. No bond has been set. Anthony remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Cameron Patrick Born, age 18, of 405 Sentry Drive Rossville, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Drugs. Bond has been set at $8,000. Born remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Cody Peyton Born, age 18, of 405 Sentry Drive Rossville, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Drugs. Born was released on $8,000 bond.

Andrew Caton Jones, age 31, of 601 Potts Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500. Jones remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Leslie Nicole Lane, age 27, of 44 Camelot Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting and Probation Violation for Possession of Cocaine. No bond has been set. Lane remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kindra Gillan Reavely, age 36, of 1744 Stoney Pointer Rocky Face, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Reavely was released on $4,500 bond and turned over to Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office.

David Dean Stoner, age 39, of 110 Clair Street Rossville, GA was arrested October 15, 2013 for Probation Violation for Entering an Auto. No bond has been set. Stoner remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Blake Alexander Drouillard, age 23, of 11209A Dayton Pike Soddy Daisy, TN was arrested October 16, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Burglary. No bond has been set. Drouillard remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Casey Ryan McCloud, age 23, of 164 Howard Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 16, 2013 for Probation Violation for Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. McCloud remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Nicholes Barnabus McDonald, age 20, of 7216 River Run Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 16, 2013 for Aggravated Battery and Cruelty to Children 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $20,000. McDonald remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Justin Lee Miller, age 26, of Mack Smith Road East Ridge, TN was arrested October 16, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Methamphetamine. No bond has been set. Miller remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Edwin Weaver, age 33, of 3686 Shirley Jo Lane East Ridge, TN was arrested October 16, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Burglary 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Weaver remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Barry Keith Cook, age 38, of 1802 Winifred Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 17, 2013 for Manufacturing Schedule II Drugs –  Methamphetamine. No bond has been set. Cook remains incarcerated at CCDC.

April Waynette Crouch, age 41, of 791 Huffman Road Lafayette, GA was arrested October 17, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Weaving. Crouch was released on $10,000 bond.

Heddy Edna Hubbard, age 52, of 383 Hullander Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 17, 2013 for two counts of Financial Identity Fraud. Bond has been set at $5,000. Hubbard remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Evening Lane Closures On I-24 Tuesday-Thursday For Median Wall Repairs

Beginning Tuesday evening and again on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, between the hours of 8 p.m.-6 a.m., the TDOT bridge repair crew will be making permanent repairs to a damaged median barrier wall on I-24 East at mile marker 178.   The wall was severely damaged in a crash involving a jack knifed tractor trailer on July 28.   The crew will demolish the wall Tuesday ...
