Crime Stoppers: Burglary At East Brainerd Kangaroo Store

Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information regarding a burglary that occurred at the Kangaroo Store at 8701 East Brainerd Road. 


The Chattanooga Police Department responded to a business burglary at the Kangaroo on East Brainerd Road.  The suspect took a large blunt item and broke out the front glass of the store.  Once inside of the Kangaroo, the suspect took a large container of lottery tickets.  The suspect then left the store within seconds. 

The suspect is a white male approximately 5’8” to 6’ tall, 160 to 180 pounds, and wore a dark shirt and shorts. 

Anyone with information on this burglary should call Crime Stoppers. A confidential call could result in a cash reward.

Funeral Will Be Friday For Chattanooga Attorney Who Was Shot And Killed At His Home

Funeral services will be Friday afternoon for Chattanooga attorney Glenn R. Copeland, who was shot and killed at his home on Sunday. He was 82.
