CSL Hosts Kickball Championships at AT&T Field

The Chattanooga Sports League will host the semifinals and finals of their 2013 fall kickball league on Saturday, November 16 at AT&T Field. 

The event is free to the public.   There will be food and beer served at the stadium.  Doors open at 1 p.m. and games begin at 1:45 p.m. with the championship set for 3:55 p.m.

CSL mixes fun recreational sports with social after-hours to keep adults active and connected in Chattanooga.

UTC Women Surge Past Western Carolina

Paul Pitches Covenant Past Emory and Henry

 Jonah Paul twirled a complete-game gem and the Covenant baseball team used a four-run first inning to take a 5-0 victory over Emory & Henry and complete a three-game sweep on Saturday afternoon. Man At Homeless Camp On Chestnut Street Charged With Trying To Set Fire To Another Man

A man at a homeless camp on Chestnut Street has been charged with trying to set fire to another man at the camp. Richard Warren "Trey" Erwin, 40, is charged with aggravated arson. Police were called to the 2200 block of Chestnut at 12:40 a.m. Earlier, Michael Nye and Alisa Buckels had called for an ambulance.
