Crime Stoppers: Auto Theft On Dodds Avenue

Wednesday, October 30, 2013

Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information regarding an auto theft that occurred in the 4300 block of Dodds Avenue in Chattanooga.

The Chattanooga Police Department responded to report of the theft of a 2002 Honda Accord (a silver two-door model) in a parking lot on Dodds Avenue and E. 43rd Street. The victim was outside of his car talking to an uninvolved party when a younger white male walked up behind him, got into his still-running car, and simply drove away. The report was delayed because the victim's phone was still inside his car.

Anyone with information in this case should call Crime Stoppers. A confidential call could result in a cash reward.
