Chattanooga linebackers coach Rusty Wright is the scheduled speaker for today's Chattanooga Quarterback Club luncheon at Finley Stadium at noon.

Coach Wright will discuss the Mocs' 42-21 win against Western Carolina this past Saturday and the upcoming Homecoming game Saturday against Furman at 6 p.m. at Finley Stadium.

A UTC grad, Wright was a receiver for the Mocs from 1992-95 and caught 50 passes.

He also spent seven seasons on the UTC staff from 1996-02 where he served in various roles, including coaching the linebackers, tackles, tight ends, special teams and the junior varsity squad.

The cost of lunch is $10 and the public is invited.

UTC assistant men's basketball coach Peter Gash is the featured speaker at today's Chattanooga Quarterback Club lunch at Finley Stadium at noon. A man who was found to be armed with a handgun was chased by police early Saturday afternoon. He pushed shoppers out of the way during the pursuit, which included racing down an escalator.   Erwin J.
