Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Oct. 25-31. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,270 calls. 80 were booked on a total of 178 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,270 calls, the following felony arrests were made: 

Danny James Payne, age 44, of 9500 North Valley Trail Ooltewah, TN was arrested October 25, 2013 for Bond Surrender for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Payne remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Phillip Ray Cooper, age 38, of 223 Keith Avenue Chatsworth, GA was arrested October 26, 2013 for Probation Violation for four counts of Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Cooper remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Matthew Gilreath, age 24, of 112 Country Green Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 26, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Drug Related Objects. No bond has been set. Gilreath remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Hank Lee Wilson Jr., age 25, of 1830 Fant Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 26, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Wilson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

McKenzie Corey Johnson, age 32, of 87 Lowery Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for two counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, two counts of Giving False Name or Address, Criminal Trespass, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Crossing State or County Guard Lines with Weapons, Intoxicants or Drugs, Fugitive From Justice and Hold for Colbert County, AL Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $13,500. Johnson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Anthony Vincent Mazzoli, age 34, of 3053 Burning Bush Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Mazzoli remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jon Tyler Vertrees, age 28, of 161 Sherwood Forrest Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for Loitering or Prowling, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement and Parole Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Vertrees remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Dwayne Walden, age 25, of 91 Old Field Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. No bond has been set. Walden remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Jeroum Moore, age 21, of 799 Swanson Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 28, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Shoplifting and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kevin Dejean Pollard Jr., age 24, of 7212 Old Mission Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 29, 2013 for Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Pollard sign waiver of extradition and was turned over to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

David Wayne Pope, age 45, of 155 Shawnee Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested October 29, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Probation Violation for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $7,000. Pope remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Lee Seifert, age 18, of 8 Dewayne Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 29, 2013 for two counts of Child Molestation. Bond has been set at $20,000. Seifert remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Walter Thomas, age 46, of 6504 Harvest Run Harrison, TN was arrested October 29, 2013 for Bench Warrant and Bond Surrenders for Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Taillight Violation. Tiffany Eve Cope, age 29, of 821 Ashbrook Drive Hixson, TN was arrested October 31, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Possession of a Firearm or Knife while Trying to Commit Crimes, Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal Vehicle ID, Tag Light Violation and Hold for Rossville Police Department. Jessica Suzanne Garrett, age 29, of 829 North Pine Street Rossville, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Garrett was released on $5,000 bond.

Michael Jason Garrison, age 38, of 242 Fair Lane Drive Rossville, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office.
