Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Oct. 25-31. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,270 calls. 80 were booked on a total of 178 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,270 calls, the following felony arrests were made: 

Danny James Payne, age 44, of 9500 North Valley Trail Ooltewah, TN was arrested October 25, 2013 for Bond Surrender for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Payne remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Phillip Ray Cooper, age 38, of 223 Keith Avenue Chatsworth, GA was arrested October 26, 2013 for Probation Violation for four counts of Forgery 1st Degree. No bond has been set. Cooper remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Matthew Gilreath, age 24, of 112 Country Green Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 26, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Drug Related Objects. No bond has been set. Gilreath remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Hank Lee Wilson Jr., age 25, of 1830 Fant Drive Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested October 26, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Wilson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

McKenzie Corey Johnson, age 32, of 87 Lowery Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for two counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, two counts of Giving False Name or Address, Criminal Trespass, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce, Crossing State or County Guard Lines with Weapons, Intoxicants or Drugs, Fugitive From Justice and Hold for Colbert County, AL Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $13,500. Johnson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Anthony Vincent Mazzoli, age 34, of 3053 Burning Bush Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Mazzoli remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jon Tyler Vertrees, age 28, of 161 Sherwood Forrest Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for Loitering or Prowling, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement and Parole Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Vertrees remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Dwayne Walden, age 25, of 91 Old Field Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 27, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. No bond has been set. Walden remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brent Lee Castleberry, age 25, of 127 Chris Lane Chickamauga, GA was arrested October 28, 2013 for Bond Surrenders for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Interference with Government Property, Criminal Damage to Property, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree, Battery (FVA) and Disorderly Conduct. Randy Lee Hollis, age 32, of 5520 Woodlawn Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 28, 2013 for Probation Violation for Terroristic Threats and Acts. No bond has been set. Hollis remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dustin Jeroum Moore, age 21, of 799 Swanson Road Ringgold, GA was arrested October 28, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Shoplifting and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Moore remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Deon Booker, age 32, of 23 County Road 788 Ider, AL was arrested October 29, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Booker remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kevin Dejean Pollard Jr., age 24, of 7212 Old Mission Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 29, 2013 for Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Pollard sign waiver of extradition and was turned over to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

David Wayne Pope, age 45, of 155 Shawnee Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested October 29, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Probation Violation for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $7,000. Pope remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandon Lee Seifert, age 18, of 8 Dewayne Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested October 29, 2013 for two counts of Child Molestation. Bond has been set at $20,000. Seifert remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Walter Thomas, age 46, of 6504 Harvest Run Harrison, TN was arrested October 29, 2013 for Bench Warrant and Bond Surrenders for Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Taillight Violation. No bond has been set. Thomas remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ethan Glenn Lynch, age 18, of 277 Hill Drive Lafayette, GA was arrested October 30, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. No bond has been set. Lynch remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Casey Lebron Wimberly, age 27, of 1189 Nellie Head Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested October 30, 2013 for Criminal Trespass and Probation Violation for False Imprisonment. No bond has been set. Wimberly remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tiffany Eve Cope, age 29, of 821 Ashbrook Drive Hixson, TN was arrested October 31, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Possession of a Firearm or Knife while Trying to Commit Crimes, Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal Vehicle ID, Tag Light Violation and Hold for Rossville Police Department. Bond has been set at $14,100. Cope remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jessica Suzanne Garrett, age 29, of 829 North Pine Street Rossville, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Garrett was released on $5,000 bond.

Michael Jason Garrison, age 38, of 242 Fair Lane Drive Rossville, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Hold for Walker County Sheriff’s Office and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Garrison remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Cory Ryan Harvey, age 26, of 400 Cedar Glenn Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested October 31, 2013 for Probation Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Harvey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bradley Aaron Jones, age 26, of 26 Martz Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Sale of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, a Bench Warrant for Conspiracy to Deliver Marijuana. No bond has been set. Jones remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jacob Stephen Pemberton, age 20, of 2559 Highway 41 Ringgold, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for Probation Violation for four counts of Entering an Auto and Probation Violation for Criminal Trespass. No bond has been set. Pemberton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ricky Joe Perkins, age 19, of 723 Flegal Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested October 31, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Possession of Firearm or Knife while Trying to Commit Crimes and Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State. Bond has been set at $13,000. Perkins remains incarcerated at CCDC.



Police Seek Lookout Mountain Man, 73, Missing Since Friday; Van Reportedly Found At Trion

The Dade County Sheriff's Department is looking for Freddie Wooten, 73. Mr. Wooten was driving a 2002 Ford Windstar minivan with the license plate number, THM1418. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and navy pants. His van was reportedly found in a pool in Trion, Ga., with no sign of him. Dog Saves Woman From Fire At Highway 58 Area

A homeowner reported that her dog saved her life early Friday morning. At 12:52 a.m. , the homeowner called 911 reporting a fire at 8411 Providence Road (Highway 58 area). The Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department responded and arrived reporting a log cabin with flames coming through the roof.
