2nd Annual Wounded Veterans 5K Run Is Saturday

The second annual Wounded Veterans 5K Run is being held on Saturday in Catoosa County. 

The run will start at 8 a.m. at the Amphitheater parking lot in the Benton Place Campus;  continue onto Old Mill Road turning onto Battlefield Parkway and then turn onto Pine Grove Road. The route will continue to intersection of Pine Grove Road and Old Mill Road turning back onto Old Mill Road and ending at Benton Place Campus.

Federal Judge Sandy Mattice has dismissed the lawsuit filed in the officer-involved shooting death of Javario Eagle on Dec. 12, 2015.
