Rivermont Presbyterian Honors Veterans

  • Wednesday, November 13, 2013

Wreaths Across America’s annual campaign is dedicated to three ideals:

1. Remember the fallen

2. Honor those who serve

3. Teach our children the value of freedom

Honor a veteran by placing a wreath of live greens with a red velvet bow at Chattanooga National Cemetery in December ($15 each or if two wreaths are ordered, the Worchester Company will donate a third wreath).

Order cards are in an Atrium display at Rivermont Presbyterian Church, 3310 Hixson Pike.  Make checks to ‘Wreaths Across America’ and send to Jim or Pauline Moore, 1318 Windbrook Lane, Hixson, Tn. 37343.

Your order will be acknowledged, and sent to the Worchester Company in Maine.

The deadline is Sunday.
