Miller And Martin Elects Patrick Mitchell To Firm's Policy Committee

James M. Haley IV, chairman of Miller & Martin, announced that Patrick Mitchell has been elected to the firm’s policy committee.  The policy committee serves as the firm’s managing board of directors.

Attorney Mitchell, a 13-year veteran of the firm, concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance and general business representation.

Erlanger Pharmacies Sold To CVS For $10 Million; Units At East, North To Close

Retail pharmacies at Erlanger Health System are being sold to CVS for $10 million, officials said. The retail drug stores at Erlanger North in Red Bank and Erlanger East on Gunbarrel Road will close.
