These are just a few articles and examples of the Supermajority vote movement.  Yes, it is conservative, however is that what the stewards of our money should be?  In the event taxes and or fees do need to be raised, then it is the responsibility of the governing body to convince one another of the reason for the increase.

Let us take this opportunity with the city charter of East Ridge and ask our council to have this provision added as a referendum on the next election.
