Syble Pearl Blaylock, 84, of East Ridge, died on Sunday, Nov. 3, at her home.
A native of Americus, Ga., she was a member of LaFayette Second Baptist Church. She was a licensed practical nurse, and piano teacher, Sunday School teacher, and Cub Scout leader.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, T.J. Jones and Frank Blaylock; a daughter, Linda Worley, two sons, Larry and Don Jones, and a great-grandson, Dylan Clark.
She is survived by a daughter, Diann Frost, Ringgold, and 10 grandchildren, Anthony (Tina) Jones, Candia Schrader, Nicole (Jarrod) Doremus, Shea Bomar, Stephen Worley, Matt Jones, Donna Jones, Lee Jones, Lamar Jones, April (Robert) Broussard and 18 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at LaFayette Memory Gardens with Reverend Mike Sims officiating.
