Community-Wide Wellness Fair Offered Nov. 16

A community-wide Wellness Fair, featuring free flu vaccines for the uninsured, foot screenings by a podiatrist, Medicare Part D prescription comparison assistance, Affordable Care Act informational session and enrollment assistance, Kids Activity Zone and more, will be offered on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church, 2800 North Chamberlain Ave., Chattanooga, Tn. 37406.

The fair is sponsored by Mt. Canaan Baptist Church Health and Wellness Ministry, Tennessee State Health Insurance, Assistance Program, Hamilton County Health Department, Medical Foundation of Chattanooga, and Erlanger, Health Centers.
