Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Nov. 1-7. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,247 calls. 74 were booked on a total of 126 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sawyer Gregory Clanton, age 19, of 403 Warren Street Rossville, GA was arrested November 01, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting. Clanton was released on $2,500 bond.

Ashley Brooke Foss, age 28, of 7260 Igou Ferry Road Harrison, TN was arrested November 01, 2013 for Sale of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Use of Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony, Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Seatbelt Violation. No bond has been set. Foss remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Edward Curtis Murphy, age 40, of 1078 Long Hollow Road Rock Springs, GA was arrested November 01, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement and Hold for Rossville Police Department. Bond has been set at $5,500. Murphy remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tina Renee Roberts, age 36, of 214 Appalossa Drive Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested November 01, 2013 for Probation Violation for Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act. No bond has been set. Roberts remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ashley Ann Nicole Teeters, age 22, of 818 Burnt Mill Road Flintstone, GA was arrested November 01, 2013 for Theft by Conversion. Teeters was released on $1,500 bond.

Joseph Gates McKissick, age 22, of 4759 Gates Lane Apison, TN was arrested November 02, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500. McKissick remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jacob Aaron Shirley, age 24, of 560 West Circle Drive Rossville, GA was arrested November 02, 2013 for Probation Violation for Entering an Auto and Aggravated Assault and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Shirley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Leslie Michael Lay, age 29, of 245 Hughes Road Trenton, GA was arrested November 04, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drug and Hold for Dalton Police Department. Bond has been set at $4,500. Lay remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Radnor Mark Prunier, age 49, of 1804 Sitton Road Chatsworth, GA was arrested November 04, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. The warrant was dismissed and Prunier released.

Matthew Frank Sloan, age 38, of 941 Houston Valley Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 04, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container and Loiter or Prowling. Sloan was released on $8,000 bond.

John Michael Smith, age 40, of 601 James Street Rossville, GA was arrested November 04, 2013 for Theft by Taking and two counts of Financial Transaction Card Theft. Bond has been set at $12,500. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Starla Gale Ahrens, age 32, of 436 Red Bud Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested November 05, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500. Ahrens remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Thomas Brown, age 45, of 2284 Utility Road Rocky Face, GA was arrested November 05, 2013 for two counts of Felony Issuance of Bad Checks. Brown was released on $3,000 bond.

James Howard Franklin, age 58, of 4 Dixie Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested November 05, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Franklin was released on $9,000 bond.

Phillip Lee Gillihan, age 35, of 436 Red Bud Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested November 05, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500. Gillihan remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brittney Monay Pritchett, age 22, of 268 Lail Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested November 05, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Pritchett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Randy Mack Swaney, age 35, of 155 Mohawk Trail Ringgold, GA was arrested November 05, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Swaney remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Marvin Dean Gleash, age 37, of 509 Carol Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested November 06, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Taking and Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree. No bond has been set. Gleash remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kirk Justin Killackey, age 19, of 547 W Circle Drive Rossville, GA was arrested November 07, 2013 for Probation Violation for Felony Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers and Underage Consumption or Possession of Alcohol. No bond has been set. Killackey remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Brian Kirby, age 44, of 112 Regina Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested November 07, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Travis Close Family Asks $2 Million In Damages For Trauma During Wreck That Killed 6 People

The family of Signal Mountain realtor Travis Close is asking $2 million for trauma during a wreck that killed six people on I-75 near the Ooltewah exit.
