Brainerd Farmer's Market Hosts Bizarre Christmas Bazaar Saturday

The 1st annual Brainerd Farmers Market Bizarre Christmas Bazaar will be held at Grace Episcopal Church on Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 

There will be vendors selling everything from handmade artisan crafts to cakes, pies, and jellies. The regular produce vendors will be attending as well with a selection of locally grown, organic winter produce.

In addition to market and craft goodies, there will be live music, food, and maybe a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus. 

Park in the Brainerd Road lot across from Bi-Lo.

ArtsBuild Hosts Fundraiser At Flying Squirrel Aug. 5

Chattanooga Autism Awareness Walk Scheduled For Nov. 8

Families, organizations, and businesses have already began forming teams and registering as participants for the Chattanooga Autism Aware ness Walk scheduled for Nov. 8. City Council Presents Potential Ordinance To Address Noise Level Downtown

Members of the Chattanooga City Council presented a potential ordinance to address concerns about the noise level downtown. If passed, the ordinance will put limits on both dB(A) and dB(C) levels of sound. It was noted, "When we compare our dB level, it is clear that Chattanooga is lower than Nashville and Knoxville." Man Shot On Ohls Avenue While Working In His Yard

A Chattanooga man was shot Tuesday evening, while working in his yard. At approximately 8:55 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 4217 Ohls Ave. for a shooting.
