Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Dec. 6-12. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,1196 calls. 64 were booked on a total of 118 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,196 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Wayne Wesley Graham, age 52, of 1400 Dale Crest Court Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 06, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting. Graham was released on $2,500 bond.

Terry Anthony Kincer Jr., age 31, of 30 Orchard Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested December 06, 2013 for Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Bench Warrant and Bond Surrender for Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Kincer remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Melissa Robin Ann Lane, age 26, of 206 Woodlawn Drive Rossville, GA was arrested December 06, 2013 for two counts of Forgery 1st Degree. Lane was released on $7,000 bond.

Lindsay Nicole Wheat, age 26, of 130 Back Draft Lane Rossville, GA was arrested December 08, 2013 for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Probation Violation for Financial Identity Fraud. No bond has been set. Wheat remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Heather Brooke Kuykendall, age 28, of 637 W Garden Farm Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 09, 2013 for Probation Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Kuykendall remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Radnor Mark Prunier, age 49, of 431 Clark Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested December 09, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Prunier remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Sarah Kay Stewart, age 23, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 09, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree. Stewart was released on $1,000 bond.

Timothy Charles Clark, age 20, of 650 Neal Drive Rossville, GA was arrested December 10, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute. No bond has been set. Clark remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Randy Carroll Curtis, age 49, of 601 James Street Lot 104 Rossville, GA was arrested December 10, 2013 for Distribution of Schedule III Drugs. Curtis was released on $7,500 bond.

David Dewayne Hicks, age 31, of 52 Wolf Street Rossville, GA was arrested December 10, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts and Criminal Trespass (FVA). Bond has been set at $4,000. Hicks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Rhonda Marie Hood, age 46, of 46 Lakewood Drive Summerville, GA was arrested December 10, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Hood remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Pope Morris, age 25, of 71 Spring Meadows Ringgold, GA was arrested December 10, 2013 for Bench Warrant for False Imprisonment. No bond has been set. Morris remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John Mack Scroggins, age 39, of 3210 Broad Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 10, 2013 for Probation Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Scroggins remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Natasha Nicole Eubanks, age 26, of 407 Park Lake Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 11, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Bench Warrant for Forgery 1st Degree and Bench Warrant for Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Eubanks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Aaron Blake Hedgepath, age 21, of 1671 W Three Notch Road Ringgold, GA was arrested December 11, 2013 for two counts of Forgery 2nd Degree, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Proof of Insurance Required. Bond has been set at $10,000. Hedgepath remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jerry Lee McMath, age 40, of 407 Park Lake Road Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 11, 2013 for Bench Warrant for two counts of Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement. No bond has been set. McMath remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jonathan Corey Miller, age 30, of 1305 Boyd Street West Ridge, TN was arrested December 11, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Miller remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Stephen Cole Morgan, age 22, of 421 Misty Ridge Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested December 11, 2013 for Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Morgan waived extradition and was turned over to Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office.

Sherry Ann Ramos, age 30, of 118 Daphne Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 11. 2013 for Obtaining Controlled Substances by Fraud. Ramos was released on $5,000 bond.

Matthew Howard Sweat, age 34, of 118 Daphne Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 11. 2013 for Obtaining Controlled Substances by Fraud and Hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Sweat remains incarcerated at CCDC.

John Byron Bishop, age 58, of 1005 Park City Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 12, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting. Bishop was released on $2,500 bond.

Christopher Andrew Crider, age 19, of 58 Mill Stone Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested December 12, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree. Crider was released on $5,000 bond.

Randall Lee Frazier, age 28, 100 Cherry Street Rossville, GA was arrested December 12, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Frazier remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Stephen Samuel McCulligh, age 31, of 40 Helen Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested December 12, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree, Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs,  Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. No bond has been set. McCulligh remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jesse Andrew McNeese, age 27, of 2175 Hwy 95 Rock Springs, GA was arrested December 12, 2013 for Probation Violation for Entering an Auto. No bond has been set. McNeese remains incarcerated at CCDC.

80 Municipalities Qualify For Wine In Grocery Stores Votes

1 Dies, 4 Injured In 2-Vehicle Crash At Soddy Daisy

One person has died in a wreck Sunday at Soddy Daisy in which four other people were injured. The wreck happened at 12:35 p.m. when a vehicle traveling north struck another vehicle that was pulling onto the highway. A small red truck was badly damaged in the crash.
