Graffiti Hosts Show Friday With UTC Artists

Friday, December 13, 2013

Chattanooga's newest art gallery, Graffiti, presents a one night only art show Friday from 5-8 p.m., hosted by local artists.  Seven senior Painting/Drawing majors from UTC will host a collaborative show where each piece was worked on by each artist. There will also be individual pieces from each artist.

Graffiti Art Gallery is at 505 Cherokee Blvd. (next to Sluggos on Cherokee) and the show will take place from 5-8 p.m. Graffiti displays arts from local artists ranging from large scale street art, to works suitable for home and office.  They provide an outdoor painting wall suitable (and available for) street artists.  Graffiti's goal is to bring modern art to Chattanoogans and visitors who share a progressive attitude toward design.

Food and beverages will be provided.  Contact David Jones at 400-9797 for more information.
