Man Shot In The Head On Cypress Street Court By Man Wearing Ski Mask And Jump Suit

Police said a man was shot in the head on Cypress Street Court on Tuesday night by a man wearing a ski mask and a jump suit.

At approximately 9:44 p.m., Chattanooga Police were dispatched to a person shot at 1321 Cypress Street Court.  Officers located the victim, Joshua Timmons, who had a single gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead.  

He was transported to a local hospital where his wound was found to be non-life-threatening.
