Carolyn Marie Roberts, born on July 28, 1936, died on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Erlanger-Bledsoe at the age of 77. 

She was a Christian, and a member of First Southern Baptist Church. She was one of those beautiful people you only meet once in a lifetime. 

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ora Mae and Joseph Curtis, Sr.; sister Sylvia StClair.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Albert Roberts; two daughters Vicki (Marvin) Smith; Paula (Carl) Peters; son, Eddie Albert Roberts, all of Pikeville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandsons; sister, Joan Smith, Crossville; two brothers Eddie Clyde (Marie) Curtis and Joe (Carolyn) Curtis, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews. 

Services will be on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with Brother Bill Roberts, Brother Roy Davis, and Brother Jim Whitaker officiating. 

Burial will follow in Collier Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, Tn. 

Visitation will be on Friday, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. CST.
