Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Nov. 22-28. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,227 calls. 60 were booked on a total of 134 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,227 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Rachel Leigh Bartley, age 22, of 1622 Sunday Drive East Ridge, TN was arrested November 22, 2013 for Theft by Taking and False Statements in Matters within Jurisdiction of the State. Bartley was released on $7,500 bond.

Gregory Scott Clark, age 41, of 4656 W Love Road Chickamauga, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. Clark was released on $7,000 bond.

Jerry Allan Collins Jr., age 28, of 397 Hullander Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Carrying a Concealed Weapon and three counts of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act along with a Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Collins remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kristie Beth Hedrick, age 43, of 347 Old Asconlyn Road Rising Fawn, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs and Possession of Schedule IV Drugs. Hedrick was released on $8,500 bond.

Angela Michelle Landers, age 38, of 414 Graysville Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for Cruelty to Children 1st Degree. Landers was released on $5,000 bond.

Ashley Nicole Payne, age 19, of 46 Boofer Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree. Payne was released on $5,000 bond.

Mary Jo Scarborough, age 37, of Buchanan, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Improper Driving on Divided Highways, Weaving and Taillight Violation. Scarborough was released on $12,000 bond.

Wesley Bryant Snodgrass, age 39, of 53 Casey Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested November 22, 2013 for Probation Violation for Fraud in Obtaining Controlled Substances. No bond has been set. Snodgrass remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Timothy Miles Cook II, age 26, of 169 Whitetail Lane Rocky Face, GA was arrested November 23, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting and Parole Violation for Possession of Methamphetamine. No bond has been set. Cook remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Emily Ramono Debets, age 35, of 535 Smak Tree Circle Ringgold, GA was arrested November 24, 2013 for Forgery 1st Degree. Debets was released on $2,500 bond.

Christopher Edward Payne, age 35, of 378 Glade Road Rossville, GA was arrested November 25, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Operation of a Vehicle without Valid Tag. Bond has been set at $11,000. Payne remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremy Dale Williams, age 27, of 434 Glade Road Rossville, GA was arrested November 25, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Williams remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Patricia Ann Rice, age 55, of 155 Windish Circle Rossville, GA was arrested November 26, 2013 for Fugitive from Justice and Hold for Hamilton County, TN Sheriff’s Office. Rice was released to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Thomas Arthur Vanbecellere, age 34, of 22 Everglades Blvd. Rossville, GA was arrested November 26, 2013 for Burglary 1st Degree, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. Bond has been set at $20,500. Vanbecellere remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Kimberly Ann Ables, age 37, of 22 Everglades Blvd Rossville, GA was arrested November 27, 2013 for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Ables was released on $5,000 bond.

Jerry Wayne Bolton Jr., age 25, of 6111 Bermuda Avenue East Ridge, TN was arrested November 27, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana More Than One Ounce, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and two counts of Possession of Dangerous Drugs. Bond has been set at $25,000. Bolton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Roy David Cook IV, age 46, of 93 Midway Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested November 27, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Shoplifting. No bond has been set. Cook remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Carl David Higdon, age 43, of 5110 St Elmo Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 27, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting. Higdon was released on $5,000 bond.

Jeremy Lee Kinsey, age 24, of 2085 Mt Pisgah Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 27, 2013 for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Battery (FVA) and impersonating an Officer. Kinsey was released on $12,500 bond.

Kimberly Leona McNeese, age 23, of 584 Pine Grove Access Ringgold, GA was arrested November 27, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana More Than One Ounce, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, two counts of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Theft by Deception and two counts of Exploitation of an Elder Person. Bond has been set at $35,000. McNeese remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Ashley Diane Morrison, age 21, of 17 Holcomb Road Ringgold, GA was arrested November 27, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana More Than One Ounce, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and two counts of Possession of Dangerous Drugs. Bond has been set at $25,000. Morrison remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Tracy Edward Stanfield, age 40, of 7208 Bonny Oaks Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested November 27, 2013 for Probation Violation for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Stanfield remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jesse Leabron Thompson, age 22, of 2006 McBrian Road East Ridge, TN was arrested November 27, 2013 for Possession of Marijuana More Than One Ounce, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and two counts of Possession of Dangerous Drugs. Thompson was released on $25,000 bond.

Derrick Wilkerson, age 31, of 13935 Moore Road Soddy Daisy, TN was arrested November 27, 2013 for Theft by Taking. Wilkerson was released on $5,000 bond.

Jacqueline Yolanda Cline, age 34, of 5323 Oakdale Avenue East Ridge, TN was arrested November 28, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Methamphetamine. No bond has been set. Cline remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Nicholas C Davidson, age 30, of 608 W Grizzard Street Tallahoma, TN was arrested November 28, 2013 for Theft by Taking. Davidson was released on $5,000 bond.

Annette Elizabeth Hawkins, age 49, of 210 B Norris Circle Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested November 28, 2013 for Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Weaving. No bond has been set. Hawkins remains incarcerated at CCDC.



Multiple Arrests Made In Burglary In Progress On Sunnyside Drive

Chattanooga Police Department responded on Monday, at approximately   12 p.m. to 5208 Sunnyside Drive on a burglary in progress.   Upon arrival  officers were informed to be on the lookout for a brown SUV with several parties involved.
