Brittney Mitchell
Brittney Samantha Lee Mitchell, 19, of Summerville, Georgia, died on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
Ms. Mitchell was born August 8, 1994, in Rome, Ga., daughter of Samuel Scott and Michelle Ludlum Mitchell. She was employed with Amazon. Brittney was a 2012 graduate of Chattooga High School where she was a member of the chorus for all four years, the band and drum line, and the football team during her senior year.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Hoyt and Eula Mitchell, and Bob Ludlum.
Ms. Mitchell is survived by her parents, Scott and Michelle Mitchell; a sister, Brandee Michelle Mitchell; and great-grandmother, Pam Ludlum.
Memorial services for Ms. Mitchell will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kevin Woods officiating.
The family will receive friends from noon until the service hour on Sunday.
