Red Bank Christmas Parade Rescheduled For Dec. 13

The 2013 Red Bank Christmas Parade originally scheduled for this Friday, has been rescheduled or Friday, Dec. 13, beginning at 6:30 p.m. due to the pending poor weather conditions. This year’s parade promises to be a great event with Christmas music from Red Bank United Methodist, a bonfire, and of course Santa coming in by a Chattanooga Horse Tram carriage. You can even do some Christmas shopping at the many festival vendors. Santa will be available for self made pictures for a time after the parade. 


Author Andrew Bledsoe Is At Chickamauga Battlefield Saturday

City Council Approves Short Term Vacation Rental District In 7-1 Vote

The City Council on Tuesday night voted 7-1 to set up a district where short term vacation rentals will be allowed. Only Councilwoman Demetrus Coonrod was opposed. Chairman Jerry Mitchell was absent. Man Who Fired Shot That Critically Injured 8-Year-Old Boy Now Facing Federal Gun Charge

A man who police say fired a shot that critically injured an eight-year-old boy on June 8 is now facing federal charges. Lebron Terrell Brown was charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon.
