Catoosa County Arrest Report For Nov. 29-Dec. 5

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Nov. 29-Dec. 5. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,196 calls. 54 were booked on a total of 80 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,196 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Jacqueline Yolanda Cline, age 34, of 5323 Oakdale Avenue East Ridge, TN was arrested November 28, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Cline’s probation was reinstated and released.

Nicholas C Davidson, age 30, of 608 W Grizzard Street Tallahoma, TN was arrested November 28, 2013 for Theft by Taking. Davidson was released on $5,000 bond.

Annette Elizabeth Hawkins, age 49, of 210 B Norris Circle Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested November 28, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime x2, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Possession of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce and Weaving. Hawkins was released due to Bench Warrant being Vacated.

Christopher Sean Carroll, age 31, of 3687 Cypress Shortes Drive Dauphin Island, AL was arrested November 30, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce. Bond has been set at $7,000. Carroll remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joshua Daniel Lynn, age 29, of 453 Woods Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested December 01, 2013 for Probation Violation for Burglary. No bond has been set. Lynn remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Alexander Braden Compton, age 21, of 244 Alan Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested December 02, 2013 for Probation Violation for Cruelty to Children x2. No bond has been set. Compton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Janie Marie Morgan, age 55, of 146 Bill Stewart Road Ringgold, GA was arrested December 02, 2013 for Bond Surrender for Hindering Apprehension or Punishment of a Criminal. Morgan was released on $5,000 bond.

Elsa Maria Carnes, age 34, of 509 Cambridge Drive Rocky Face, GA was arrested December 03, 2013 for Bench Warrant and Bond Surrender for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. Bond has been set at $4,500. Carnes remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Billy Lee Hayes, age 32, of 146 Bill Stewart Road Ringgold, GA was arrested December 03, 2013 for Probation Violation for VGCSA and DUI x2. Hayes was released on $15,000 bond.

Misty Bleu Johnson, age 34, of 40 Shane Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested December 03, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Johnson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Anthony Norfleet, age 34, of 1008 Oglethorpe Ridge Lane Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 03, 2013 for a Bench Warrant for three counts of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Simple Battery. No bond has been set. Norfleet remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Claudette Mae Baxter, age 35, of 45 Homeplace Road Rossville, GA was arrested December 05, 2013 for Probation Violation for Conspiracy to Commit a Felony. No bond has been set. Baxter remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Justin Paul Hera, age 24, of 236 Colony Circle Ft Oglethorpe, GA was arrested December 05, 2013 for Probation Violation for Use of Communication Facility to Commit or Facilitate a Felony. No bond has been set. Hera remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Charles William Stackhouse II, age 38, of 2118 E 27th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 05, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs. No bond has been set. Stackhouse remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lynn Marie Wright, age 48, of 4033 Knollwood Drive Chattanooga, TN was arrested December 05, 2013 for Probation Violation for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Fleeing. No bond has been set. Wright remains incarcerated at CCDC.


Deputy Beaten After Vehicle Crashes In His Yard Sues Officers

A man who was mistakenly beaten by officers who had been pursuing a pickup truck that crashed into his home has sued Hamilton County and the officers for $700,000. Aaron Lucas Shelton and his wife, Heather Nicole Shelton, filed the suit in Circuit Court. Aaron Shelton is himself a deputy sheriff. Meigs County Judge To Hear Attorney Spanking Case

A Meigs County judge has been assigned to hear a case in which a Lookout Mountain attorney is charged with spanking his 11-year-old son with 100 hits. Judges in Hamilton County General Sessions Court recused themselves after Morgan Adams was charged with aggravated child abuse last Friday. He is due in court on April 24.
