William Grant McCord better known as "Dick" and "Mac", 69, died on Sunday, December 8, 2013.
He was predeceased by his son, Rick McCord, and parents, Delsey and Buck McCord.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betsy; two daughters, Michelle (Bruce) Rollinson and Viki Scarborough; sister, Tommie Jean Lockmiller; grandsons, Ryan McCord, Bo and Grant Rollinson, John and Bill Scarborough, and "special daughters", Tara Moore, Gina Ragon and Jennie Worthington.
Dick was the retired owner of Chattanooga Plastering, Inc. He was a member and former deacon of Brainerd Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be at the church on Jenkins Road on Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 4-7 p.m. and the memorial service at the church will be on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 1 p.m. officiated by the Reverend Ronald Ragon and Reverend Jon Schwartz.
