Jean Dodson Armstrong, 81,  of  LaFayette, GA,  died  Wednesday,  January 30, 2013.

She was preceded  in  death  by her  husband,  William  H.  Armstrong;  parents,  Ovie  Lee  and  Pearl  M.  Walker  Dodson;  sisters,  Mae  Watkins and  Louise  Bates; and  brothers,  Paul  Dodson,  Bud  Dodson  and  J.W.  Dodson.

She is survived  by her daughter,  Debra  Gail  Russ  and  husband  Randall  of  LaFayette;  grandchildren,  Kelli  Garvin  and  husband  Curtis,  Amanda  Gass  and  husband  Chris and  Danielle  Brown  and  husband  Matthew;  great-grandchildren,  Amber,  Allison,  Emily,  and  Mark  Gass,  Talley,  Aniston,  and  Ivy  Brown;  and several  nieces  and  nephews.

Funeral will be from  the  Wallis  Memorial  Chapel  Saturday, February 2  at  11 a.m.  Service will be conducted  by  Rev.  Ricky  Studdard. Interment will follow in  the  Naomi  Cemetery.

Family  will  receive  friends, February 1 from 4-8 p.m. at The  Wallis-Wilbanks  Funeral  Home,  who has charge of the arrangements.
