Roy Wayne Harmon, 65, of Dalton, GA, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Mary Harmon; and a brother, Danny Harmon.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Harmon of the residence; three sons, Ronald Wayne Harmon of Tennessee, Jeff Moorehead of Huntsville, AL and Dean Moorehead of Dalton; sisters, Barbara Stostill, Robin Sullivan, Sherry Crabtree, April Allen and Vicky Mitchell, all of Fayetteville, TN; brothers, Bobby and Roger Harmon, both of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Brandy and Keith Moorehead, Jr.; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 12, at 4 p.m. at United Memorial Gardens with Rev. Darey Kittle officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, February 12 from 2-4 p.m.

Funeral arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Pleasant Grove Chapel, Dalton.

Estill Raymond "Ray" Evans

Estill Raymond "Ray" Evans, 77, died on Friday, June 17, 2016, in a local hospital.  Ray was born March 15, 1939 in Grandview, Tn. Raymond attended school in Spring City, TN and joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1957 and in the next year was stationed in Okinawa attached to the 3rd Marine Division which opened the Marine Compound at Da Nang Airbase, Vietnam.  Ray ... Mary Sue Finley Wyse, 86, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died on Friday, June 24, 2016. Clara Edwards Gets 20-Year Sentence In Death Of Foster Child In Catoosa County

A Catoosa County woman on Monday was sentenced to serve 20 years in prison in connection with the death of a foster child.
