Annual Sleep In America Poll To Explore Sleep And Exercise

Results of the National Sleep Foundation's annual Sleep in America poll will be released March 4, just in time for stories about the beginning of Daylight Savings Time on March 10. This year's poll explores the relationship between sleep and exercise. Dr. Anuj Chandra, medical director of the Advanced Center for Sleep Disorders, will be available for interpretation of the results and local commentary.

Dr. Anuj Chandra is a double board certified sleep specialist who treats patients in the Chattanooga area and trains physicians internationally.
