A Cleveland, Tn., man is set to plead guilty in Federal Court in Chattanooga to a charge of possessing child pornography.
Dylan Herron faces a minimum of five years in prison up to 20 years.
Authorities said a search warrant was obtained for Herron's residence on July 27, 2010, after an undercover investigation involving the Internet website LimeWire.
An officer was able to connect to Herron's computer and observe numerous files containing names associated with child pornography.
His computer was seized and it was found he had downloaded child pornography from LimeWire. It held 720 images of child pornography and 35 videos of child pornography. Authorities said some of the files included sex acts with babies or toddlers, bondage and Sadomasochism. One image was of a girl with her hands and feet bound and a collar around her neck who was tied to a bed.
Authorities said Herron admitted downloading child pornography from LimeWire.
