Union Hill Missionary Baptist Presents Black History Musical

Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church will hold its annual Black History Musical this Saturday, at 4 p.m. Various choirs and artists will render musical selections and readings.  The public is invited to come out and support this celebration of history with song and verse.  The church is located at 1800 North Chamberlain Avenue, Chattanooga.  For more information, contact Carolyn Lewis at 624-1520 or the church office at 698-0337.

A two-year-old is expected to make a full recovery after being found face down in a Bradley County swimming pool on Sunday afternoon and being rushed to the hospital. Collegedale Officers, K-9 Chase Man Behind Walmart; He Is Found Dead

Collegedale Police Officers on Sunday chased a man behind Walmart, then found him dead. Collegedale Police said its officers "got out with a male behind the Walmart on Little Debbie Parkway. The male took off running from law enforcement. "A K-9 unit located the male subject deceased in the woods." The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office will be handling the investigation.  ...
