Downtown Library Offers Free Computer Classes For Adults

The Chattanooga Public Library is offering free computer classes for adults.  Instruction is based on individual needs and interests.  Topics may cover anything from how to create an email account to learning how to use an iPad or other tablet.  Participants may also learn how to download library books to their eReaders.  Classes are offered on Thursdays and Saturdays, every other week, from 2-3:30 p.

m., at the Downtown Library, 1001 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

Final Results Announced From Bradley County Sheriff's Office Auction

Sheriff Eric Watson announced that the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office’s second Absolute Auction was a success on May 16. The sheriff reported the auction netted the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office some $58,706, while items belonging to Bradley County Fire netted $5,878.
