Body Of 37-Year-Old White Male Found In Woods Off Manufacturers Road

The body of a 37-year-old white male was found in woods off Manufacturers Road on Wednesday morning.

Chattanooga Police responded to 600 Manufacturers Road at 9:37 a.m. in regard to an unresponsive man who was found inside a tent in the woods. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

His body was taken to the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Police said there were no visible signs of injury to the body and there is no evidence of foul play. The case is pending further investigation.

Once the next of kin have been notified, his name will be released.
