Ronnie Andrew Henley, 61 of Hixson, and formerly of Hillsboro, Tennessee, died on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Ronnie was an electrician and plumber and owned Henley Electric. He was a member of New Union Baptist Church in Manchester, Tn.

He was preceded in death by his father Andrew Jackson Henley.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Proctor Henley; mother, Emma Jean Henley; son, Andrew Henley; daughter, Rachel Henley; grandson, Ivan Anderson; sisters, Diana Trussell and Jennifer(Mitch) Fried; brothers, Ricky Henley and Jeff Henley; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Lenise Proctor, Arlene Everett, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Ronnie’s life will be held at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at First Baptist Church of Hillsboro, Tn., with Dr. Kerry Smith and Reverend Mike Owen officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rutledge Hill Community Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday, Feb. 25, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home, Tuesday, from 4-7 p.m. CT at First Baptist Church of Hillsboro.
