UTC Wrestlers Win Twice Saturday

Dean Pavlou Registers 75th Career Win

Chattanooga seniors Josh Condon and Niko Brown each registered a pair of pins to lead Chattanooga to wins against Southern Conference foes Southern Illinois Edwardsville, 40-3, and VMI, 36-3 Saturday at Maclellan Gym.

Brown leads the Mocs with a 26-3 record, while Condon has an impressive five pins and a forfeit in six SoCon matches.

First Home Win: UTC freshman Alex Ward defeated Patick Myers (SIUE), 5-3, for his first career home win.

UTC improves to 10-6 overall and 6-0 in the Southern Conference.

75 Wins: UTC's Dean Pavlou's two wins today gives him 75 for a career ... Niko Brown is close behind with 73 ... 

Senior Night: Mon Feb. 25  6 p.m. - UTC vs. Campbell for the regular season title.

UTC will recognize four seniors- Dean Pavlou Josh Condon, Robert Prigmore and Niko Brown.
