Allie Marie Blevens, 6, of Decatur, TN, died on Thursday, February 21, 2013.
She attended Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ed Blevens; and cousin, Caitlyn Hackney.
She is survived by her parents, Brad and Grace (Shaver) Blevens of Decatur, TN; brother, Brady Blevens of Decatur, TN; paternal grandmother, Joyce Blevens of Decatur, TN; maternal grandmother, Cindy Ross of Spring City, TN; and maternal grandfather, Tom Shaver and (Kathy) of Cleveland.
A celebration service will be held at 6 p.m., Sunday, February 24, at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Rymer officiating.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, February 25 at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1-6 p.m., Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
