Invalid Erlanger Theory

  • Tuesday, February 26, 2013

Regardless of how one feels about the leadership of Erlanger, where I am an employee, to reportedly suggest some sort of reverse-racism conspiracy is at work because the interim CEO and chairman of the board happen to be black is unfounded, ridiculous, and ignorant.

To imply that these people rose to their current positions as a result of their race is to disregard their years of education, dedication, hard work, and perseverance.

Show more respect, Mr. Exum, and drop your ludicrous claims.
