Lassie Gay Barnes, died on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at the age of 93.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Shirley Barnes; parents, Fate and Dealie Morrison Kilgore; sisters, Viola Kilgore, Bobby Jean Montgomery, Nellie Mae Massingill; brothers, Keithly, Emerson, Hubert Kilgore.
She is survived by sisters, Irene Hamblen, Evadene Griffith; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 1, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Hershel Powell and Ken Terry officiating. Burial will be in Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Highway 28, Whitwell, Tn.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, Feb. 27, from 5-9 p.m., and Thursday, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
