For the second consecutive year, Keller Williams Realty, the downtown office, has first in closed volume and in listings sold in the area.

In 2011, closed volume was $155,000,000, and in 2012, it was $210,000,000.

In 2011, listings sold was $79,000,000, and in 2012, it was  $104,000,000.
