Nancy Helen Billingsley Dover Evans, 91, of Whitwell, TN, passed away, Tuesday, February 26, 2013.

She was a former employee of Campbell’s Restaurant in Rossville, GA, where she worked as a server for 25 years.

She was the daughter of the late Edley Lee and Mary Elizabeth Cates Billingsley; and was also preceded in death by three husbands; three sisters; and four brothers.

She is survived by her children, Joyce (W.C.) Billingsley, of Whitwell, Kenneth Ray (Mary) Dover, of Lafayette and Phyllis Dover Miller, of Jasper; step-son, Ronnie (Pam) Dover, of Harrison; grandchildren, Stacy Teeters, Shannon (Sean) Horton, Odis (Michele) Rheal, Steve (Melody) Rheal, Gene Dover, Amy (Jim) Lackey and Karen Dover; step-grandchildren, Ben Johnson and Ronnie Evans;14 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m. CST, Saturday, March 2, with Bro. Dennis Kilgore and Bro. Ronnie Case officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens South.

The family will receive friends from 2-9 p.m. CST, on Thursday, February 28 and Friday, March 1 at the Tate Funeral Home who has charge of the arrangements.
