A free concert, "Cellobration: From Russia With Love," will be presented on Tuesday, at 7 p.m. in the chapel at First Baptist Church, 401 Gateway Ave. The artists will be Bel Lin, cello, who is associate professor of cello and chair of strings at the University of Hawaii, and Sin-Hsing Tsai, piano, associate music professor at UTC.
