The show will be filmed and streamed in high definition live online each month and Chattanooga PBS affiliate, WTCI, will air the program on Thursday nights at 9 p.m. each week in April.

Although Scenic City and Music City are stand-alone shows, they share the strong common thread of reigniting music with purpose while utilizing the old time radio format that cultivated some of Tennessee’s most legendary music careers. Four acts will take the stage during the two-hour live show and one artist will be from Chattanooga each show.

Each month, members of the Music City Roots crew will head south for the event guaranteeing the quality production work viewers have come to expect from Heng Dai, officials said.
